Can I get a refund on my tickets?
Unfortunatley your tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or transferred in any way unless the event has been cancelled or rescheduled.

Can I collect my tickets at a box office?
If you have purchased a ticket via one of outlets we use such as Universe, ticketmaster you can purchase physical copies of your ticket. We strongly suggest you purchase online via our website to ensure you have all relevant information. If you have any problems please contact us here.
What do I do if I don't recive booking confirmation?
If you do not recieve your booking confirmation please ensure that you have your booking reference number or any details that may aid us in helping you resolve this matter. Please contact us here if you encur any problems.
What is a Presale Ticket?
A venue may decide to make a number of tickets for an event available for priority purchase on the Arena Lynx website in advance of them being available to the general public. Sometimes these tickets are prioritised for Newsletter Subscribers, competition winners or priority ticket holders.

How do you sign up to our newsletter?
Be the first to know about all our upcoming gig dates for your favourite artist by signing up to our newsletter here.
All you have to do is provide your full name and email and there you go!
How do I receive the Newsletter?
Your Newsletter will be sent to you each week via email with a list of all our upcoming shows and ticket purchasing links.
I cannot see the Newsletter in my emails, how do I fix this?
Sometimes our emails can automatically arrive into your spam folder depending on your email provider. To make sure this does not occur follow the links when signing up to our newsletter here.
Will my email address and additional information be safe?
Yes, your email is only used for the purposes of the newsletter and will never be collected by 3rd party data broker. We use MailChimp as our newsletter provider and have a robust and secure system. Please click here to find out more about our GDPR policy.
